Our products go through process of quality check to ensure that the item delivered to you is in a perfect condition. However, there is always a remote chance that it may be damaged in transit, i.e., the outer packing of the product is partially open, torn or tampered with, or by mistake a wrong product has been delivered to you. We request you to immediately intimate us on mail (email@example.com) the current condition of the parcel, with signs of tampering and other visible details before accepting the delivery from the courier company.
In case of receipt of damaged items or a wrong product that has been delivered to you please report the same to us. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same at our end. This should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the products.
In case of International returns if package reaches Craftloom and we incur a cost then it will be deducted from the return settlement amount.The prerequisite for returning any product is that you get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the same. The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the order.
Upon receiving your request, we will validate the same over phone or email. And upon satisfactory validation we will send an email authorising a return. The mail will have all the required details like return shipping address.
But please take note of the fact that the return shipment should reach us in 4 days of our sending the authorising mail. The item should be returned in its original condition and packaging; ie, not washed or altered.
As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered to us, we cannot help you. So make sure to send through suggested postal service in our return authorization mail only and forward the details to us and keep the airway bill or postal receipt till it gets delivered to us.
Once your return is established as an eligible return, we will issue the refund or merchandise credit within 15 days. But if the claim is not found to be reasonable/legitimate/ eligible we will courier the same back to you. In either case it will be resolved in 15 working days from the receipt of the item at our end.
For cash payment, refund mode will be cheque.(in the registered name of the customer ) For credit/debit card or netbanking amount will be credited back to the same account from which payment was made.
Refunds arising out of dissatisfaction from the product
If a product is returned arising out of dissatisfaction at the customer’s end then refund is issued in the form of store credit. Such cases also need to be brought to our notice (email@example.com) within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Notwithstanding the above, we are under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or give store credit. We have the sole discretion to assess each case on its own, separately.
